At 9:58am on 27th June 2018, with the spark splashing under the plasma cutting machine, the first 130m piling vessel built by DYOE has been officially started as scheduled. The Chairman of Shanghai Xiongcheng Marine Engineering Co., Ltd Zhang Tie, vice president Yu Guobin, and the vice president of DYOE Xiang Guofei, CCS Classification Society Song Hao, Jiangsu Ship Design and Research Co., Ltd. Zhang Qingsheng attended the meeting.

The construction of this vessel has further enhanced the construction capacity of Chinese offshore bridge deepwater foundations.
