The 13th meeting of Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council was successfully held in Suzhou on the morning of September 25, 2019.

The Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council had the honor to invite Jiangsu president Wu Zhenglong and vice president Guo yuanqiang to attend the meeting, and invited them to witness the signing ceremony of key cooperation projects of the new Soviet Union,

The signing ceremony focused on promoting the signing of a number of large projects with large investment volume and high technology content. The total number of signed projects reached 16, divided into four, each with four enterprises signing relevant cooperation projects with the Singapore side. In this cooperation, DYOE has the honor to win the Singapore port refueling vessel project, ranking the first in the series and successfully signed with the Singapore side.

The series has been contracted for 2 + 2 ships for an estimated $42 million. The project is a tanker specially designed for refueling in the Singapore sea area. with a length of 114.99m, a width of 19m, a depth of 10m, and a capacity of 8500 DWT. And it has been entered into the BV Classification Society of France. This type of tanker is of advanced design, excellent performance and high automation. It is a tanker with high total loading rate, flexible loading and unloading, and green passport classification symbol. 

Since the end of last year, DYOE is entering a new stage of well-grounded development. With the continuous efforts of all the staff of the company, DYOE has successively obtained a variety of new vessel types projects such as multi-purpose ship, refueling ship, chemical ship, etc. The signing of four 8500DWT bunker tankers has laid a solid foundation for the company's subsequent development.
